Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt.

For framed and unframed prints, replacements are only accepted if you receive a damaged frame, broken glass, or a defective print. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue as proof.

If you inform us after 48 hours from delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized artworks
  • Some health and personal care items (if applicable)

Proof of Purchase

To process a return, we require a receipt or order confirmation.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

  • Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts through no fault of Urban Allure
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery

Note: Refunds apply only to original artworks, not prints or framed pieces.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD processing fee is non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Since our artworks are made-to-order, once payment is confirmed and production begins, we cannot cancel your order.

However, cancellations are possible if requested within 2 hours of placing the order and before production starts. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

For split COD orders, the partially paid amount (10%) is non-refundable after 2 hours from order placement.

If you want to exchange your order for a different product from our site, let us know within 24 hours of ordering. We will try to assist you with replacements when possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Important Notes on Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to original artworks in their original condition.
  • Customized framed artworks and framed prints are not refundable, only replaceable if damaged or defective.
  • Decorative art plates are non-refundable but eligible for hassle-free replacements if damaged or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (refunds may take processing time)
  • Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective frames, glass, or prints.

To request an exchange, please email us at hello@urbanallurestudio.com with photos of the damage and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return an item, you must mail it to the above address.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.

If your return shipment is over ₹5,000 (~$75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
