Odilon Redon

Odilon Redon

Redon painted the stuff dreams are made of, literally. From floating heads to mystical creatures, his early charcoal works felt like whispers from another world. Later, his colors bloomed soft and strange, like a garden you’re not sure is real. Redon didn’t care for rules or realism—he cared about what lived inside the soul. Looking at his work feels like reading a poem in a language you almost understand.
